Thinking Map : iThink

Thinking Maps are visual tools for learning, and include eight visual patterns each linked to a specific cognitive process. Teachers may apply Thinking Maps in all content areas and all grade levels. The eight map types are:

  • Circle Maps
  • Bubble Maps
  • Flow Maps
  • Brace Map
  • Tree Map
  • Double Bubble Map
  • Multi Flow Map
  • Bridge Map

For week 4-5 of my 2nd assignment , I had to do research of all 8 map types and use presentation software to create 3 Thinking Maps.  The 3 thinking maps I have done are brace map , flow map and tree map.
